They have amazing prices and provide a great service. The cat surgery door was hard for me to find personally as it is in a literal ally way and to get to it from the parking lot I had to dodge some huge pot holes. I feel there could be a sign or something more pointing as I had to ask a stranger

I am on number 4 foster. I can't say enough about this organization and all the help that they have done for the animals and the neighbors. Our area is so unique in the fact that it has so many exceptional really good dogs that get euthanized. Fix West Texas helps get great dogs with great homes, and helps so much with low-cost vaccinations and spay/ neuter. We are so lucky to have them in our community. I try to help out as much as I can, and support them as much as I can because the work that they're doing is so very important. They save lives, and they prevent euthanization as much as they can, but not only that they help great dogs and cats find great homes. I'm a animal lover, but especially a dog lover.. there is no animal on the planet that is so attuned to us as the dog. They give us unconditional love and protects us at the cost of their own life… It's a beautiful organization that make sure these animals get the humane treatment they need and deserve.

Karen and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They were able to schedule me in three days to get my doggo spayed! The communication is odd with not being able to call. You can only text the number. Otherwise, the staff when I dropped her off were very helpful and kind. The pick up went well also. Thank you so much for helping me with my Polka!!!

I've taken two of my dogs and a family member's cat for spay/neutering. The staff are super friendly and very loving to the animals. I feel very comfortable leaving my animals in their care because I know they will take care of them. They are very accommodating with me as well when I've mentioned the fact that I live almost an hour away. Bring your pets here!

Got 2 dogs their rabies shot for $30 with no hassle. Great people on a great mission. They will help everyone... No matter what

My rating is ONLY for the customer service aspect because FWT is providing a tremendously valuable service, that based purely on merit deserves 5 stars. HOWEVER - their intake personnel is absolutely monstrous. The blonde female that received my pet actively YELLS at customers. They were more than 30 minutes late and in response to simple questions or direction on what to do, she was hateful, non apologetic, excessively rude and unprofessional. There was not a single word or sentence spoken by her that wasn't hateful during the drop-off of my animal. If not for necessity, she alone would run off every customer attempting to obtain services

Hi, I adopted a female through Fix West Texas. I'm leaving this review on my experience. This was the cleanest, MOST affordable adoption process I found !.! They care for the animals and are kind and offer any help they can.They are blessed for the souls they save , Im thankful

Got our kitten from here freshly spayed about a month ago, beautiful black kitten. Never had a kitten that young before and they are always great at communicating when I have questions or concerns. Love the vibe of these people and they all seem to love what they do. Karen is wonderful at getting back to you in a timely matter and is a very nice lady.
